Freestyle BMX otherwise also known as Bike Stunt is actually the trick of manoeuvring bicycles. Well, these bicycles are not your ordinary ones and they come with 20″ wheelbase that is originally meant for races. The Bike Stunt is divided into five major genres, namely Street, Skate parks, Vert, Trails and Flatland riding. The basics of the free styling tricks have always been the same and whatever new tricks that are found are usually based on these ones.

1. Air seems to be the most common and most preferred one. It basically consists of jumping in the air and landing with both legs on the pedal.

2. Bunny hop- making the bike jump off the ground without actually performing a jump.

3. Manual – where freestylers ride with the front wheel in the air, without pedalling.

4. Fakie – It simply consists of riding backwards

5. Grind – Slithering down any object without using the wheels.

6. Endo – where the bike is stopped with the front wheel and raining the back wheel in the air.

7. Wallride – riding along a vertical wall or anything similar to it.

Snowboarding is fast becoming one of the most popular winter activities that you can participate in. What used to be a sport for the younger and hip set is now attracting both families and adults. Most of the ski resorts cater to both skiers and snowboarders alike so there is no reason you cannot find a snowboarding vacation package that accommodates your winter vacation needs.

The easiest way to find a snowboarding vacation package is through your local travel agency. Typically they will be able to make your travel arrangements plus reserve any snowboarding gear that you may need. The convenient thing about a snowboarding vacation is you do not have to pay up front for a bunch of expensive gear. All the items that you need for snowboarding such as the board, boots and helmet are available to rent.

Other alternatives include finding snowboarding vacation packages from the on line travel agencies. You may get a better deal price-wise by shopping on the Internet, but for first-time snow riders, they may want a more personal experience that only an in-person agent can provide.

Getting started is easy if you follow these simple steps.

Firstly – have the right equipment; the latest pro board is not always the best to learn with. Give yourself a chance and get a board that is forgiving and helps you to progress.

Getting closer to the boat is helpful for learning to wakeboard. Thus a shorter rope is highly recommended – about 15 meters (50′). Another essential bit of gear is a buoyancy vest. It is not only basic safety equipment but it will also save you a lot of energy as you hit the water regularly.

If you have all the necessary wakeboarding equipment’s ready, the next thing to do is to learn the stance – how and where to stand on your board. Your first stage is to determine whether you are a regular lead (left-foot-forward) or goofy lead (right-foot-forward). For those who have skateboarded or snowboarded before, this is easy. If this is your first board sport, don’t panic. Stand up, facing forward, feet together and have someone push you from behind. Whichever foot goes forward first is your lead foot.

Diver Requirements: Before beginning any new physical activity, you should always be sure you can handle what it requires.

The Right Equipment: As with nearly any sport, there is some gear required. Though when it comes to scuba diving, having the right equipment, and knowing well how to use it can turn out to be a matter of life and death under extreme circumstances.
Of course the most important scuba diving equipment is your breathing apparatus. It can be heavy, and there are important aspects of it that you need to be sure of each time you use different equipment.

Why Many Scuba Dive: While the majority of scuba diving is recreation, there are those that do it for a living as well. Scientific exploration and research is another area with a lot of scuba diving demand. They spend a lot of time in the water watching sea life cycles, and how microorganisms/coral fit the whole underwater environment. There are also others that work in constructing underwater platforms that are often used for research as well as offshore

Lots of fun, plenty of exercise, and an experience you won’t forget in a hurry. Here’s what you can expect from your first surf lesson.

Register, sign your waiver form, and grab some surfing gear. Most surf schools will expect you to sign a waiver form that says you agree that surfing can be a dangerous activity and in the event that you get hurt you promise not to sue the pants off the school, or something to that effect.

Meet your instructor, pick your surf break, and warm up exercises. If you haven’t already, next you will meet your surfing instructor.

Learn the skills on the dry sand first. Now the fun starts. Put your surfboard on the sand and lay on it. Now pretend to paddle.

Drown!! Well we hope not, anyway. Its time to get wet, and find out just how easy surfing really is. During your first surf lesson your instructor won’t take you out too far. Usually you will stand in about waist depth water and catch the small white water waves.

Dry off, return the gear, and head home with grin from ear to ear. Now that your surf lesson is complete, head back to the surf school with your instructor.
